Welcome to my group exercise page. I have practiced pilates since 2003 when I started university. My passion to teach occurred when I was pregnant in 2011 and struggled to find classes for myself in SW16, where I had just moved too.
10+ years on I have a variety of weekly classes to attend in South London (Streatham, Norbury, Balham). As a Mum of 3 and a Women's health specialist I am keen to get all walks of women moving, and stay active.
If you are a beginner, pregnant, new mum or hitting those menopause symptoms...I'm here to support you. Want's even more fab is the community of ladies you will meet in person and online during the sessions.

1: LEVELS
​
Pregnancy
Start from 12 weeks pregnancy. This workout will help prevent common pregnancy related aches, whilst training you up for labour day. The sessions also prepare you for the recovery phase post birth. A educational packed session of exercise and discussions. Suffering from a bad back or pelvic pain, this is the class for you too.

Mum and Baby
Start from 6-8 weeks post baby. Even if you had a kid 2 years ago you are still welcome. Come with or without baby, its totally flexible. I do provide baby mats and soft toys for entertainment. Worried about tummy, posture, pelvic floor or returning to sport...I can support that transition in this group.

Postnatal
Start from 6-8 weeks post baby. This is a great session to exercise without baby and chat with other ladies. This is more intensive then mum and baby, but still takes into account recovery and especially Diastasis recti and pelvic floor complications.
​
Beginners
New to exercise/pilates or been a while? Don't worry this class will get you learning all the basics and boosting your confidence. This is a great class for those with injuries and need a slower and more supervised session.

Intermediate
So you are a pro! If your moving up from beginners, mum sessions or use to exercise then let's get it on. This is a fun and intense session to make to burn, improve your stamina and get those hormones jumping!!

Mix Ability
This is a session open to beginners, intermediate, postnatal, menopausal ... anyone really. It is a great balance between stretch, intense abs/bum and challenging core/balance.

Muslim Ladies Only
A safe space to exercise in a female only environment with plenty of sister support on life as a female muslim.
